in my office a full assessment of the patients's diet is performed to determine whether the present food intake is sufficient and appropriate for the patient at this point in their lives. Due to the body's chemistry changing every 10 years the nutritional demands must be altered.
When the nutritional intake is deficient, the body starts to develop imbalances which lead to the developement of conditions such as arthritis, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, headaches, and pain. By analyzing a patients food intake I many times will find foods that create chemical imbalances which can be a contributing factor to causing inflammation, which can result in pain.
