
Dr. Denise Fernandez graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1987. Prior to receiving her doctorate, she received her B.S. in Physical Education from SUNY College at Cortland. Dr. Fernandez has been practicing for over 20 years. and has been in Ridgefield for 10 years. Dr. Fernandez specializes in Fibromyalgia, Low Back Pain, Sports Injuries, Lyme's Disease, Menopause, and Back Pain during pregnancy. She is the treating chiropractor for USTA Pilot Penn Tournament in New Haven, CT. and an avid sports fan as well as participant.
Constantly striving to give her patients the most up-to-date care possible, Dr. Fernandez attends post graduate seminars which include such topics as nutrition for children and adults, prevention of sports injuries, as well as biomechanics and kinesiology of the human body.

Professionally, Dr. Fernandez is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, United States Tennis Association, and Connecticut Chiropractic Council. She continues to sponsor several youth sports programs throughout Fairfield County.
